WHAT WE DO
Our four key services
ADMINISTRATION
We handle the day-to-day running of your Body Corporate so nothing falls through the cracks.
That means managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing documentation for Annual General Meetings, providing a registered address for service, and maintaining an up-to-date register of owners.
When legal matters arise, we'll coordinate appropriate advice — with your permission and on your terms.
FINANCE
Sound financial management is at the heart of every well-run Body Corporate.
We prepare annual budgets and accounts, set and collect levies on behalf of the Body Corporate, pay accounts as they fall due, and maintain a dedicated operating account within our trust account.
We also hold funds for long-term maintenance, contingency, capital improvement, and any other reserves your Body Corporate is required to keep — giving owners confidence that their money is being managed with care and accountability.
INSURANCE
We take care of arranging insurance for all buildings and improvements at their full insurable value, as well as any additional cover directed by the Body Corporate.
When the unexpected happens, we manage claims on your behalf and can arrange insurance valuations where required by underwriters — so you're protected without the hassle.
MAINTENANCE
We coordinate repairs and maintenance for common property areas, working with trusted contractors to keep your property well maintained. For larger projects, we can engage project managers and arrange funding through Body Corporate-approved levies, ensuring maintenance is managed proactively and professionally for communities of all sizes.

We're a team of specialists who care about getting it right. Our 11 body corporate managers and assistants are supported by a dedicated facilities team covering compliance and health and safety, and an experienced accounts team — giving you the depth of expertise and the personal service your community deserves.
