Alan has been one of the top commercial brokers in the Waikato for over two decades, and regularly advises Government, Corporates, Councils, and various other stakeholders on a wide range of property matters.

He has been involved in most of the largest, both lease and sale, transactions over the past decade in the area, and has significant technical knowledge in leases, body corporates, development and all aspects of property.

Since 2009 he has also been involved in the ownership and Management of the Colliers Hamilton business, this comprises of approx. 35 staff and includes day to day property management of a significant commercial portfolio, thousands of body corporate units, the NZTA central portfolio and a number of other assets and portfolios.

Beyond his professional endeavors, he is on the board of the Waikato Bay of Plenty Cancer Society and enjoys boating, time with his family and running.
