Body Corporate Manager

David has over thirty years’ experience managing bodies corporates and commercial property and has pretty much seen it all.  David has experience in both the body corporate and commercial property management, with a reputation for being a Body Corporate expert, managing a wide range of property types such as multi-unit residential, commercial, industrial and multi-use bodies corporate mainly in the Bay of Plenty area.

As the Body Corporate Manager, David aims to get your body corporate group, no matter how big or small, running smoothly in record time.

David loves working with people to assist in working through body corporate matters, enjoying the many challenges he is faced with on a daily basis or someone new to assist.  With excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a rapport and relationships with his clients, David has excellent negotiation skills and is often tasked with sorting out issues between body corporate unit owners and external parties with diplomacy, tact and care.

David’s areas of expertise are:

• The Unit Titles Act 2010 and Unit Titles Act Regulation 2011

• Weathertight Remedial and Maintenance Projects

• Assisting developers with the set up of a new Unit Title  and the body corporate 

• Assisting committee in meeting body corporate obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015

David’s company is based in the Tauranga CBD and conducts business throughout the wider central North Island from Ohakune to Coromandel.
