Karen has a great attitude towards every situation/challenge she is faced with whilst upholding strong ethics and a sought-after approach to Body Corporate matters. Karen has been involved in the property industry for 20 years, commencing in a valuation firm which progressed to owning a small business.

Her portfolio consists of 80 commercial and residential Unit Title properties including a large 73-unit retirement village in Te Kowhai.

As a Body Corporate manager her role is to advise and assist owners to make decisions that benefit all.

To do that, Karen, who has been with the company since 2013, likes to build long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. She understands the value of consistency and hard work to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.
