Kathryn has a natural passion for the property industry which started with construction and facilities management and in 2015 progressed into the body corporate industry in New South Wales, Australia.

Kathryn values building strong relationships, collaboration and developing mutual understanding of the legal guidelines and industry best practices with a focus that ensure a body corporate runs smoothly.

Her experience managing residential, mixed use, commercial properties as well as established builds including remediation projects, new builds assisting with defect management, means as well as being proficient at the day-to-day activities, enjoys the challenging tasks that may arise in the world of body corporate. Kathryn is looking forward to bringing her experience to the Quay Body Corporate team.
