Facilities Administrator

Te Kahurangi (TK) joined our facilities team after developing a keen interest in administration and co-ordination as well as building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

TK’s main role function includes liaising with body corporate managers and contractors to ensure maintenance matters are well managed and executed in a timely manner. This is a key part of our service at Quay Body Corporate and with prior experience in the property industry and a friendly and thorough approach, TK looks forward to strengthening her skills within her role.
